iBrushy – Shipping & Returns Policy

Welcome to iBrushy! We’re delighted to offer our innovative dry brush, designed to improve skin texture and stimulate circulation. To ensure the best shopping experience, please read our Shipping & Returns Policy carefully.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours.
  • With priority shipping, orders are processed in under 12 hours.

Shipping Times

  • Italy: 7–9 business days
  • Europe: 8–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–12 business days

Please note that shipping times may vary depending on the destination and potential customs delays.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real time.

Address Changes

Address changes can be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, we cannot guarantee any modifications.

If we are unable to assist with the change, a €10 fee per product will apply.
Please contact us by email to find the best possible solution; however, we cannot change the address once the order has been processed.

Returns for Parcels Returned to Sender

If a parcel is returned to the sender due to failed delivery and the customer did not monitor the tracking or was unavailable to receive it, a €10 fee per product will be charged to arrange a new shipment.

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details and monitor tracking to be available at the time of delivery.
For late, stuck or delivered-but-missing parcels, the procedure in our Refund Policy applies (section "Parcel not received").

Return Policy

90-day guarantee: if iBrushy is not for you, for any reason, you have 90 days from delivery to claim a refund, even if you have opened and used the product. The return is tracked and at your cost; the procedure and amounts are in our Refund Policy. Your 14-day right of withdrawal and 2-year legal guarantee are not affected.

A delay within the stated delivery time is not a lost parcel.
